It can get quite chilly in Idaho, but the outdoor rink is always a fun place to visit to enjoy not only ice skating, but also skating lessons and plenty of entertainment with year round ice shows. You may even run into an Olympic skater since it is a top spot for athletes to train at.

The National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink sits on Washington’s National Mall and is surrounded by sculptures designed by contemporary artists. Guests can skate around and view these amazing sculptures while taking in the beauty of the nation’s capital. Plus it is located near Pavilion Café, which offers food and beverages along with a terrific view of the ice rink.
Rockefeller Center in New York
Of course the most famous place to ice skate is in Rockefeller Center located in the heart of New York. It is a small rink that only allows 150 guests at a time, but sparkling Christmas decorations and a giant Christmas tree surround it so it makes the long wait worth it. The ice rink brings a lot of guests to even just come and watch all of the skaters and it has been featured in many Christmas movies and shows.
