Washington, North Carolina
Washington, North Carolina was founded in 1776 and is the first city to be named after the famous George Washington. The small town is often called Little Washington and sits on the northern bank of the Pamlico River. It is a very pretty town with many historical buildings and landmarks like the National Register of Historic Places, Bank of Washington, Washington Historic District and the North Market Street Historic District. There is plenty of lush, green scenery with a population of about 10,000.
Huron, Ohio
Huron is a small city in Ohio where the Huron River meets Lake Erie. It is a very beautiful town with a population of around 10,000. Tourists can check out the Sheldon Marsh State Nature, which is a wonderful habitat of the last remaining undeveloped land that stretches across the shoreline of the Sandusky Bay region. Nickel State Beach is another popular attraction. You can find a stretch of sandy beaches with picnic tables, volleyball courts and playgrounds.

Snohomish, Washington is a very charming town of about 10,000 people. It is a very historic town with a gorgeous view of the Cascade Mountains. The downtown area is full of friendly shops and a lot of antique stores. The town has actually been called the Antique Capital of the Northwest. The backdrop of the Cascade Mountains and the crisp weather of the northwest make this town a magical place to visit.
Old Orchard Beach, Maine
Old Orchard Beach in Maine is a gorgeous beach town with a population of around 10,000. It is a very historic and popular summer destination. The downtown area has shops that cater to tourists. There are a lot of great motels and bed and breakfasts on the beach, or even coastal properties to rent. The small town has a historic pier, carousels and a seaside amusement park.
