The water slide, Verruckt, drops four people on a raft 15 stories and speeds up to 70 miles per hour. If you want to ride this slide, you actually have to make a reservation at the beginning of the day because it has become so popular. The water park is also home to world’s largest tidal wave river, Torrent Beach. Guests are welcome to bring their own coolers, which is quite handy. The Transportainment river system allows guests to travel throughout the park without getting out of the water. Tickets start around $43 dollars.

Sea World’s Aquatica is located in Orlando, Florida and is one of the top three most popular water parks in the country. It has an enclosed slide that runs through water with dolphins swimming around. The water park also has the steepest tower slide in Orlando. Day passes start at around $47 dollars.

The largest water park in Virginia, Water Country, is also the cleanest and best maintained park throughout the country. Water Country has tons of kid friendly rides like Kritter Korral. But don’t worry; it is also home to some awesome adult rides too. Colossal Curl is the nation’s first ride that combines a funnel slide with a wave raft ride. You travel on a raft through a 24-foot tunnel and fly into 40-foot waves. It just opened last year but has been a huge success. Tickets start around $51 dollars.
