A favorite by locals, Palace Station, is part of the Station Casinos chain. This classic casino has the best oyster bar in the city, serving up the freshest seafood options for every taste. The line does get long to get a seat at the bar, but they are open late and it is well worth the wait. If you do want to venture onto the Strip, the Cosmopolitan is home to STK Las Vegas. This has a unique twist on a modern steakhouse, set in a hip nightclub setting. The menu contains tasty steaks and refreshing cocktails, all in the middle of the Vegas nightlife. If you are looking for something a little bit lower key, Hash House a Go Go inside the Plaza Hotel & Casino has a menu full of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, all with a twist on fresh farm food. It is a busy spot, especially among locals, and one of their favorite and most recommended dishes is their chicken and waffles.

Getting around town

Now you don’t have to pay for those expensive taxis! Most casinos also offer free shuttles to take their guests to popular spots throughout Las Vegas. The Strip also has a monorail system to take drop you off to and from different casinos. But if you are staying on the Strip, the best way to enjoy and experience all it has to offer is to simply walk.
